BIG Red Bins - Shop 107 Cramerview Village Centre Main Road, Sandton

This blog was started to SHAME Big Red Bins in Cramerview.

I was driving on the N1 to PTA behind a Red Bins truck when their rubble started flying off their skip which had no cover or netting. This caused some damages to my vehicle and I have been trying to get them to pay for the damages. Unfortunately they are too busy and they dont have time to sort out trivial things like damage that they cause..... they must own the freeways... Perhaps i should ask them for permission to use the freeway? They drive as if they own it, they drop their rubbish as they drive and clearly they dont care

So ive been waiting for a call from Geoff/jeff for about 2 weeks. Call me Naive but i actually thought that they will take responsibility and have the damages fixed. Today i realised that will NOT happen, hence this blog to expose this reckless and careless company.

So if you support BIG Red Bins then you are enabling them to drop their filth on the freeways and in the process they could cause an accident or 2 depending on whats falling from their trucks. I suppose this is the waste management they talk about on their website

All the rubbish on our freeways, Some of it comes from Big Red Bins. They dont see the need to cover their skips and rubble simply falls off their trucks as they drive. What a responsible waste management company......WOW ( Yes this is sarcasm )

I wonder if they care about the damage they cause, the filth they leave on the freeways and the damage their uncovered rubble causes to other road users.

Obviously they dont care. A responsible company would have their load secured.
Above is the Red Bins Truck that i stopped on the Freeway
In the Pic above you can see their unsecured load, I wonder how many people could have been killed on the Freeway if that plastic flew onto someone's windscreen
A Close up of the unsecured load
Some damage caused to my vehicle, Some damage like the missing fog light and paint chips on the bumper is obvious and easy to see. The damage to the headlight is not so obvious and cant be seen clearly on the above photo
A guy from Big Red Bins trying to compact the load so it doesnt fly off again. They still didnt secure their load, after we left the truck passed us without a netting

My case no issued by RBG police station
